SHIPPING POLICY

standard u.s. shipping time is 3-5 business days.  expedited shipping is available and delivery insurance is available upon request for a higher fee.  free domestic order tracking is an r|o shipping standard.  

because we source our raw stones from around the world, we gladly ship all r|o products to countries worldwide, but please expect longer shipping times.  r|o is NOT responsible for shipping delays or items put on hold in customs. international tracking and insurance is available for a fee.

please be aware that we do NOT guarantee shipping standards will be met during the covid-19 threat. 

all r|o orders are shipped with great care and respect for both the articles themselves and for the planet.  items such as rings, wristwear, necklaces, or gift sets will be tucked in a cushioned, compostable  r|o gift box.  all items will travel to their destination in a compostable, padded mailer. 

we value every purchase and want to do everything possible to align our dedication to you and our planet with our responsibility to make sure your r|o items arrive beautifully, thoughtfully, and, of course, safely.  please see our upgraded packaging option to explore additional shipping services such as gift-wrapping, handwritten note cards, and additional eco-friendly packaging alternatives.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

the customer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  we are not responsible for delays due to customs.   if you are an international customer, you are responsible for tracking your shipment as well as checking with your local international customs center should delays occur.  international holds due to unpaid customs are out of our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

we gladly accept returns and exchanges.  please contact us within 14 days from the date you received your item(s). 

returned or exchanged items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.  items must be returned in their original condition.  if an item is returned damaged or otherwise faulty, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

we do NOT cover return shipping label costs.  

due to hygiene and resale reasons, earrings, custom, and personalized items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

 due to the nature of our embedments  (how we set our feature stones) being mineral fragments, there will likely be shedding.  please note that this does NOT affect the integrity of the setting itself.  however, should you encounter any issues regarding the feature stone of your piece, we will repair or replace the feature stone for the life of the piece at the shipping liability of the customer.  the customer will not be charged for the repair\replacement itself.

should you need to request a return or exchange of this nature PLEASE contact us via email with photos of the issue at hand before shipping your return.  this will allow us to expedite the situation without waste or additional inconvenience to our customers.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

we do accomodate order cancellations that are requested within 24 hours of purchase, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
